You can cancel your Toby AI premium subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your premium features and remaining Voice Minutes until the end of your current billing cycle.
Due to the direct costs associated with generating AI text and audio via external APIs, we generally do not offer refunds for used services. However, if you experience a critical technical failure that prevents you from using the bot, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
Purchases of "Extra Voice Minutes" (Top-ups) are non-refundable digital consumables. These minutes do not expire and will roll over as long as your account remains active.
