To provide our tutoring service, we collect minimal data: your Telegram User ID, your Telegram Username, and the text/audio messages you send to Toby AI. We do not require your real name, email, or phone number to use the bot.
Your messages and voice notes are securely transmitted to Google's Gemini API strictly for generating educational responses and audio. We store brief chat histories in our database to maintain conversational context during your session.
We do not store your credit card information. All payments are securely processed and vaulted by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. We only receive a secure token confirming your subscription status.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or third-party marketers. Data is only shared with our core infrastructure partners (Telegram, Google, Hostinger, Dodo Payments) necessary to run the service.
